With holy heart rock, you will see rapid reflections of what’s in your heart, through the relationships around you. Allow these relationships to be fenceposts for you. Keep your eyes open, make changes, with compassion. take care not to slip into old patterns- we are making a radical shift toward a new way of living. Adjust, with compassion, and remember the answer is love.

Into practice: in a proper balance, without idolizing or romanticizing. Look at each past relationship which contained mistreatment, toxicity, abuse. Recall a time this person showed humanity. With this experience recalled, bow in reverence to the highest self, the Buddha nature, of this person. Integrate this, and let the rest go. All else is too heavy to carry.

Directions

Shake well before each use. Take 3 drops on the tongue, in the corners of the mouth, or mixed with water; 3-4 times per day. Can additionally be added to the bath or misted into the space/ body.

Store out of direct sunlight and away from excessive heat/ cold. Keep in a special place away from strong scents and electronics.
